You came here carrying something private. What you write to Qiyam stays between you and the system. We do not sell your data, share it with third parties for advertising, or use your conversations to train AI models.
What we collect:
We do not collect your name, location, phone number, or any identifying information beyond your email.
Your account data is stored in an encrypted database. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt — irreversible by design. Your conversation history is stored in association with your user ID, not your email.
Access to stored data is restricted to the application. No human reads your conversations.
Your messages are sent to Anthropic's API to generate responses. Anthropic's privacy policy governs that processing. As of this writing, Anthropic does not use API inputs to train their models by default.
Your messages are not stored by Anthropic beyond the duration of a single API call.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are never transmitted to or stored by Qiyam. Stripe's privacy policy governs all payment data.
We receive from Stripe only: your email address (for account matching), your Stripe customer ID, and your subscription or payment status.
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. This will remove your email, your conversation history, and your payment status from our systems. Send the request to the contact address below.
You may also request a copy of the data we hold on you. We will respond within 30 days.
Qiyam does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. A session cookie is used to maintain your authenticated state during a browser session. It contains no personally identifiable information beyond a session identifier.
If this policy changes in a material way, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of Qiyam after a policy change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
